 To reserve a spot on our reservation list or waitlist please fill out and submit our online application below. Prior to accepting any holding fee Freedom FNB requires all potential homes to fill out an application. Since our puppies are of such a high quality and we truly care about them, we screen every potential buyer to make sure our puppies have the best enviroment possible. Our applications help us get to know you, your lifestyle, your family and help us make an informative decision on whether you are a good fit for one of our puppies or not. All puppies must have a Non-Refundable Reserve Fee placed on them to reserve.

PLEASE NOTE:  We do reserve the right to deny anyone a puppy, due to various reasons, not all applicants are a good fit and some are not selected. We also reserve the right to refund the reservation fee in the event we don’t think you are the right fit for one of our puppies. Our reservation fees are NON refundable if the client chooses to back out.
